The cost of the retreat will cover the classes and activities mentioned. However should you decide to take a break or sit out for certain activities, it is totally your decision. Just inform us ahead of time.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
There will be a basic yoga mat provided but feel free to bring along your own or at least a yoga towel for hygiene reasons.
What are the accommodations like?
Twin beds with basic amenities will be provided. The room comes with a ceiling fan, mosquito net and is non-air conditioned since we are located amongst the lush greens.
What do I need to bring for the getaway?
Pack like you would for a holiday except you need your practice outfit. Towels and basic amenities will be provided but do bring along your daily essentials and avoid anything valuable or high value (there is NO safe deposit box in the room). Throw in an insect repellent, cap/hat, sunblock and sunglasses too.
What is the weather like at the Centre?
Shorts and T-shirts are generally fine but you might get cooler weather averaging between 23-24 degrees in the early morning and late evening. So we would advise to bring along a light jacket, cardigan or sweater to keep warm.
Can I extend my stay at the center?
Yes you may arrange this privately with the center upon arrival or let us know ahead of time so that we can put in the request for you.
